Breaking News: Man Arrested After Fatal Stabbing in Midhurst Gardens, Uxbridge

A man has been arrested after three people were stabbed in Midhurst Gardens, Uxbridge, leaving one person dead and two others injured.

Police were called at around 5pm on Monday, 27th October following reports of multiple stabbings. Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service, who treated three victims at the scene.
A 49-year-old man was treated for stab wounds but, despite the best efforts of emergency services, he sadly died at the scene. His next-of-kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
A 45-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy were also treated for stab injuries before being taken to hospital. Police confirmed the man’s injuries are life-changing but not life-threatening, while the boy’s injuries are neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
A 22-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. Officers deployed a Taser during the arrest. He was hospitalised as a precaution but was not injured and has since been taken into police custody.
Detectives from the Met’s Homicide Command have launched an investigation, and enquiries remain ongoing. A large cordon remains in place, and forensic teams are continuing their work at the scene.
A local resident said:
“It’s terrifying to see something like this happen right outside your home. The whole community is shaken. We just hope the police can get to the bottom of it quickly.”
