Cancellation Policy

HILLINGDON VISION – GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (Version 1.0 – July 2025) By booking any paid service with Hillingdon Vision, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Scope of Services Services include (but are not limited to): photography, videography, website creation and management, PR/media support, graphic design, training, social media management, publicity campaigns, and branded content. Details of each job are confirmed in writing at booking. Booking & Payments Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the service. Final deliverables will not be provided until payment is received in full. Retainers and long-term agreements are invoiced monthly or as agreed. Revisions & Turnaround Unless otherwise stated, packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Turnaround time depends on project complexity. Urgent work may incur extra charges. Client Responsibilities You must provide timely access to content, materials, contacts, or platforms required for your service. Delays in client responses may delay the delivery timeline. Intellectual Property & Usage Final work becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Hillingdon Vision retains the right to showcase projects in portfolios, promotional material, and award submissions unless you request otherwise in writing. Confidentiality We treat all client data and content as confidential unless publicly available or permission is granted to share. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are at our discretion and based on work completed to date. Missed or late appointments may incur a fee. Safety & Liability You agree to ensure safe working conditions. Hillingdon Vision and its volunteers accept no responsibility for loss or damage caused by third-party actions, platform downtime, or force majeure. Indemnity & Recovery Clients are responsible for lawful use of all services. Any misuse, defamation, or unlawful conduct that causes damage may result in cost recovery action. You agree to indemnify us against such losses. Right to Refuse or Withdraw Hillingdon Vision reserves the right to decline or withdraw from any project at any time, especially where values or safety are compromised. No compensation is owed in such cases.
