Hillingdon Vision (CIC) is contracted by Hillingdon Vision Media Trust CIO to provide professional media services for charities and community groups. From free event photography to discounted creative projects, our team of skilled staff and volunteers ensures that every service is delivered to the highest standard.
All charitable services are approved and managed by the Media Trust, and any fees are overseen to ensure maximum impact for the community.

FREE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
FOR CHARITIES
If you are a registered charity with the Charity Commission, or an approved community group registered with Hillingdon Vision Media Trust (CIO), you can book 2 hours of professional event photography completely free.*
Hillingdon Vision (CIC) delivers all photography services on behalf of the Media Trust, ensuring high-quality images that help you tell your story, engage your community, and boost fundraising — all at no cost.
If you are a community group that is not yet registered, you can apply via the Media Trust for consideration.

At Hillingdon Vision Media, we believe charities and community groups shouldn’t have to choose between reaching people and serving them. Our Free Media Mini-Package is now fully managed by the Media Trust and supports registered charities and approved community groups in Hillingdon by providing professional media that would otherwise cost hundreds of pounds — completely free.
Hillingdon Vision (CIC) continues to deliver these services on behalf of Hillingdon Vision Media Trust (CIO), ensuring high-quality photography, videography, and creative support. This package is designed to increase visibility, boost engagement, and help you tell your story in a compelling, community-driven way. Whether you’re launching a campaign, hosting an event, or building support, this is your media springboard.
Free Charity Media Membership
Hillingdon Vision Media Trust (CIO) runs all charitable memberships, supporting registered charities and approved community groups with professional media, PR, and communications — because every organisation deserves a voice, regardless of budget.
Hillingdon Vision (CIC) is contracted by the Media Trust to facilitate, manage, and deliver these memberships and associated services. This includes handling bookings, coordinating workshops and events, and delivering professional media support on behalf of the CIO, ensuring high-quality services while the Media Trust retains full oversight and control.
Participation in optional extras like our Resource Swap is encouraged, but entirely voluntary.

Membership lasts one calendar year and can be renewed annually.

One set of vouchers is issued per charity, per year.

Priority is given to new applicants if demand exceeds capacity.

Benefits are subject to availability and the CIC’s capacity as contracted facilitator on behalf of the CIO.

Membership is only open to not-for-profit organisations approved by the Media Trust.
