Service Description
What is included? Our Headshot Session is designed for professionals, jobseekers, creatives, and anyone who wants to make a powerful first impression. In just 30 minutes, we capture multiple poses and expressions, using either a clean studio setup or natural light outdoors, tailored to the image you want to present. Why book a headshot? Your profile photo is often the first impression you make — on LinkedIn, your CV, company website, or casting call. A well-crafted headshot builds credibility, approachability, and confidence. This session delivers images that look professional while still feeling like you. How does it work? Before the shoot: You’ll receive a short prep guide with wardrobe and grooming tips. During the session: We’ll direct you through flattering poses and expressions in a comfortable, friendly environment. After the session: You’ll receive a curated set of professionally edited images (high-resolution and web-ready). Editing & Delivery We provide professional retouching to smooth skin tones, correct colour, and tidy small details while keeping your natural look intact. You’ll receive a set of edited images ready for online or print use. Options include additional retouched shots, black & white versions, and express turnaround. Accessibility We ensure sessions are inclusive and adaptable. If you need extra time, step-free access, a quiet space, or other support, just let us know when booking — we’re happy to accommodate. Duration & Price Duration: 30 minutes Price per session: £80
Cancellation Policy
Headshot Session – Terms & Policy Booking & Confirmation: All sessions must be booked in advance via email or our Wix form. A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Please provide any special requirements (accessibility, props, wardrobe) when booking. Session Duration & Timing: Standard sessions last 30 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Additional time can be requested in advance or on the day, subject to availability. Payment & Cancellations: Full payment is required before or at the session. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are only offered if Hillingdon Vision cancels. Image Delivery & Editing: You will receive a set number of professionally edited images (colour correction, skin-tone balancing, minor retouching). Add-ons such as extra edits, black & white versions, or express delivery are available for an extra fee. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days unless express service is purchased. Usage & Licensing: Clients receive non-exclusive rights for personal or professional use (LinkedIn, CVs, company websites, casting submissions). Extended commercial rights are available on request. Images may be used by Hillingdon Vision for marketing or portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for wardrobe, grooming, and punctuality. Any accessibility or other special requirements should be communicated in advance. Hillingdon Vision reserves the right to reschedule sessions if clients are unprepared or disruptive. Liability & Privacy: Hillingdon Vision is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items. While we aim for high-quality results, image appearance may vary due to lighting, environment, or client cooperation. Client information and images are stored securely and will not be shared without consent. Clients may request deletion of images from our records after delivery. Agreement: By booking a Headshot Session, you agree to these terms and acknowledge understanding of session details, usage rights, and our cancellation policy. Terms may be updated on our website.
